Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our shipments are shipped via USPS. Flat Rate is typically shipped priority and Free shipping is shipped First Class. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

 All items are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered, and usually take 3-5 business days for delivery. For international order please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only ship internationally to Canada via USPS. 

Orders WITHIN the Continental U.S.

All shipments are made by USPS Ground with the charges automatically included in your shopping cart under Shipping & Handling.  This charge also covers insurance.   Most items ship within 1-2 working days.  Allow an additional 4 work days (average) for USPS delivery.

For special delivery and expedites, please Email us with your request when you order and we will promptly reply with any additional shipping or handling charges.

Orders OUTSIDE the Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & International Orders)

International orders – $100 minimum order required.

All shipping and handling charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International Orders need to be determined individually.  Please call or Email us for rates.

Dungeon Forward will contact you with your specific freight quote via UPS, BAX Global, or USPS.

Buyer is responsible for any additional customs, taxes, and duties.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to order from BlanQface?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Credit cards can be used directly as well. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is your store?

This store uses PayPal and Braintree for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Orders and Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of your original purchase date. All items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags still attached. All custom orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, please be sure to enclose the appropriate shipping charges (you may view under the shipping section of the website). We will send you an e-mail as soon as your package has been processed.

Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase, we take pride in our processing speed.  If you shop as a guest you will only receive one notification. For registered customers, your order tracking will also be found inside My Account. Shipping days are Monday-Friday, peak times and holidays we also ship Saturdays. If USPS is open we ship. Our customer service message line is 24hrs. If we do not answer please leave a message. Email however is the best and most efficient means of contacting a member of our team.

 

Exchange or Return

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To exchange or return please contact us via email.

We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different. Again, buyer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of a return:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
  • Must complete and include the return/exchange form
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way
  • Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. In the event of any error on our part, it will be corrected at our expense.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If a refund is approved the payment will be refunded back to the original card or through

Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
